My name is Diomedes Durand, but you can call me Coco. I was born in the beautiful place of Catcca, located in Quispicanchi Province. I come from an Andean family, and my first language is Quechua.
For more than 12 years, I have worked as a tour guide. Taking people on mountain trips and showing them the breathtaking views brings me great joy. Sharing the history and culture of my country is something I truly enjoy. It’s amazing to see how our past connects to who we are today.
But there’s something even more meaningful to me. I feel a deep connection to the spiritual aspects passed down from our ancestors. It’s like a precious part of our heritage that we carry within us. Through guiding others, I can share my knowledge and keep our traditions alive. I am grateful to be a part of something greater, helping people discover the incredible beauty and spirituality of our land.
